Faulty items → Claims for defects or faults are considered valid within 5 days of receiving the item. We cover shipping.

Change of mind → Return within 30 days → You cover shipping.

Sale items → Final sale, no returns or exchanges.

  • Report within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging.
  • If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
  • Refunds issued once the item is assessed.

Change of Mind or Exchanges Change of Mind / Exchanges

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be in perfect condition with tags, stickers & packaging.
  • Shipping is at your cost.
  • Exchange only for another item of equal value (minus freight & Afterpay/Zip fees).
  • No refunds for change of mind or sale purchases.

How to Return How to Return

  1. Email us at online@antisocialcollective.com with your order number & reason.
  2. For faulty items, we’ll send you a return label. For others, post your item to:

  3. Pack securely & include your receipt.
  4. Once received & checked, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
