RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Faulty items → Claims for defects or faults are considered valid within 5 days of receiving the item. We cover shipping.
Change of mind → Return within 30 days → You cover shipping.
Sale items → Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Faulty or Defective Items
- Report within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging.
- If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
- Refunds issued once the item is assessed.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
- Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be in perfect condition with tags, stickers & packaging.
- Shipping is at your cost.
- Exchange only for another item of equal value (minus freight & Afterpay/Zip fees).
- No refunds for change of mind or sale purchases.
Important Return Conditions
- Items missing packaging, tags, or in worn condition will be sent back to you.
- Keep your original receipt with your return.
