For orders under $60.00 a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be charged.

For orders within Australia, you should expect your order within 2-5 days. Please note if you live in a regional town it may take longer for your order to reach you.
All orders will be shipped the same day or next business day from the date you’ve placed your order and you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Antisocial Collective is not liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post.
ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICY
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
We will provide a refund if the purchased item is faulty, if the fault is not due to wear and tear but rather a manufacturing defect. Assessment and determination of the fault will be made upon the return of the item.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Claims for defects or faults are considered valid within 5 days of receiving the item.
All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent: unworn, unwashed, with all tags, stickers, and the shoe box, etc. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent back to the customer.
Antisocial Collective will cover all freight charges if:
- The product is deemed faulty.
- The product(s) received are incorrect or not as advertised.
If one of the above reasons applies, we will send you a return shipping label via email.
For returns not related to a manufacturer's fault, the customer is responsible for covering the freight cost back to us.
Regarding exchanges based on a change of mind (including incorrect sizing), we offer the following options:
- Exchange for another available size or item(s) of equal value (minus shipping costs and applicable Afterpay / Zip surcharges).
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We also do not provide exchange or credit for sale items.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
While your package is in transit to our head office, please ensure it is securely packed, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
